HR Systems or Tools: Any fees paid for the implementation of HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) or other HR technology tools are non-refundable once the service has been provided, including initial setup, customization, and training.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Error in Billing: If a billing error has occurred, you will be refunded for any excess charges that were applied due to the mistake.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Documentation: Attach any relevant documents or evidence to support your refund claim (e.g., invoices, proof of payment, communication regarding the service, etc.).
